Today Simbioza serves individuals directly: health coaching out of pocket, and clinical care through their insurance where we offer it. We're gauging whether employers want to offer it. If you're a benefits lead, HR, or a broker, tell us about your team and we'll come back to you when we have something real to show, not before.
What members get
- A board-certified health coach, one 45-minute session per week, on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress; Clinical Care Navigation in Virginia, New Mexico and Delaware, subject to individual eligibility and cost confirmation
- Weekly sessions with the same coach
- A portal that says where they stand and what to do next
- Paid by the member for now; no PEPM, no contracts
