Own your records. And understand them.

Anyone can hand you a portal full of PDFs. Your Simbioza dashboard collects your records into one place you own, lets you ask what a diagnosis or a lab result means in plain language, any hour, and builds the questions worth asking at your next visit. It explains. It doesn't diagnose, and when a question is clinical it tells you to ask your provider.

What it does

Five things: your past records collected into one place you own; plain-language answers about your diagnoses and results; help finding specialists; the questions to bring to your next visit; and the to-do list you share with your navigator or coach.

Ask what it means
You asked

"What does eGFR measure?" It's an estimate of how well your kidneys filter; the report shows the range your lab uses. What it means for your care is a question for your doctor; it's on Thursday's list.

Records in one place

Collected from every portal, hospital and pharmacy. Take them anywhere.

Plain-language answers, any hour

What a diagnosis means, what a result measures, what a term in your chart means. Explanation, never interpretation of your care.

One shared to-do list

What you own, what your navigator or coach owns, what's done.

The boundary

It explains

What a test measures, what a range means, what a term in your record means. In plain language, from your own records.

It organizes

Records collected into one place, specialists you can search for, the questions worth asking built for your next visit, and one to-do list you and your navigator or coach both work from.

It never practices medicine

It doesn't diagnose, interpret a result for your care, recommend for or against a treatment, or advise on medications. When a question is clinical, it tells you to contact your provider. Humans make every decision.

Your data

Your file is yours. It's used to run your case and for nothing else: not sold, not shared with insurers or employers, not used to train models on other people's cases. Your records are handled under HIPAA, and you can export or delete your file at any time.

Why it matters

Patients can already get their records. Nobody helps them understand what is in them. Owning the records is the easy part; understanding them is what nobody else is doing. The dashboard helps your navigator or coach do exactly that with you.
