Chronic pain

More good days. Fewer forms.

A written plan for the flare days, a coach to text when you're in one, and sleep and movement worked one change at a time. Your prescribers stay in charge of the medication. In Virginia, Clinical Care Navigation adds a nurse who helps you understand your results and gets your appointments scheduled and sequenced.

Your flare plan, in writing.

Bad mornings are predictable. What to do on them shouldn't be a guess. By week four you have a written plan for the flare days and a coach to text when you're in one.

A good day. Logged, so the calendar learns from it.

Thirteen weeks, one calendar.

Each phase has a job. None of them is “wait and see.”

Weeks 1–2 · BaselineEvery diagnosis, scan, prescriber, and letter in your dashboard. Your flare-day minimum written down first.
Weeks 3–6 · One planPain clinic and PT appointments booked. Scans and letters collected into your file. Questions about the three prescriptions prepared for your doctors.
Weeks 7–10 · Pacing and sleepA baseline you can hit on bad days. A written flare plan. Sleep worked as a pain lever.
Weeks 11–13 · ReviewGood days per week, sleep, movement, meds. One-page summary to your PCP and pain specialist.

What the calendar learns about you.

Our AI reads the diary, the sleep tracker, and the steps. Your coach turns the pattern into the plan.

“Flares run two points higher after nights under six hours.”
“Good days cluster after days with two short walks, not one long one.”
“The injection bought eleven good days. Worth asking for the next one.”
“Day two of a flare is when you text. Day one you tough it out. Text on day one.”

Your coach, every week.

The appointments are a few hours a year. The rest is pacing, sleep, movement, and the flare days. That's the weekly session.

1st line

Non-drug approaches — movement, pacing, sleep, and skills-based support — are what clinical guidelines recommend first for chronic pain. That is exactly what the weekly session works on.

Questions people with chronic pain ask first.

Are you going to tell me it's all in my head?

No. Pain is real whatever the scan says. Our job is the system around it and the things that change how much it runs your day.

What if I'm on opioids?

Your prescriber stays in charge. We don't push you off anything. We track what's working in your file and prepare the questions; what's prescribed is your doctors' decision.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

No. Many members are still waiting on one. Getting the appointment with the right specialist is often the first job.

Do you talk to my doctors or handle referrals?

Your coach works on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress; clinical questions go to your own doctor. We don't file appeals or interfere with a specialist's decisions. In Virginia, Clinical Care Navigation adds a nurse who helps you understand your results and benefits and gets your appointments scheduled and sequenced.
