“That’s just menopause.”
Here’s the plan instead.
Wk 1Menopause-certified clinician found. Appointment booked in 3 weeks.
Wk 2Sleep plan started. Hot flashes and mornings tracked together.
Wk 3Gynecologist and PCP notes in your dashboard. Three questions ready for the visit.
Wk 4Strength twice a week started. How you feel, tracked in your own words.

Who’s on your plan.

Midlife care gets split across a gynecologist, a PCP, sometimes a cardiologist or an endocrinologist, and none of them see the whole picture. Your file sits in the middle and holds it, with the questions for each of them.

Plus whoever else your case needs: a menopause-certified clinician, a sleep specialist, a cardiologist. Your coach helps you find them and get booked in; your file goes with you.

Taken seriously, on the first call.

Your plan, in four phases.

WEEKS 1–2

The right clinician

Symptoms, sleep, weight, readings, every doctor in your dashboard. A menopause-certified clinician found and booked.

WEEKS 3–6

One plan

Questions prepared for each visit. Your file holds what each doctor said, so you tell your story once.

WEEKS 7–10

Sleep, strength, weight

Worked together, against your own tracking, with the medication plan your doctors agreed on.

WEEKS 11–13

Review

Symptoms, sleep, readings, labs. A one-page summary to your doctors before the next appointment.

Tracked together, because they move together.

Getting a clinician who takes it seriously is half the job. The other half is the 51 weeks between appointments: sleep, strength, weight, and mood, worked together. That's the weekly session.

Taken seriously

Many women report that their menopause symptoms were dismissed or under-treated by a clinician. Getting you to one who takes them seriously is often the first thing we do.

Our AI reads them against each other. Your coach puts the pattern in front of you, and your doctors, before the visit.

Questions women ask us first.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

No. That's a conversation between you and a clinician, and our first job is often getting you in front of one who's actually trained in it.

Is this only for women in menopause?

Perimenopause too, which is often when the dismissal starts. If you're not sure which you're in, that's a fine first call.

Can you help with the weight and blood-pressure side?

Yes. They're usually the same case, and we treat them that way.

Do you talk to my doctors or handle referrals?

Your coach works on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress; clinical questions go to your own doctor. We don't file appeals or interfere with a specialist's decisions. In Virginia, Clinical Care Navigation adds a nurse who helps you understand your results and benefits and gets your appointments scheduled and sequenced.
